Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a service purchased from The Mindful Nursery, LLC, you may request a refund in writing to themindfulnursery@gmail.com. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Consulting packages where a custom sleep plan has already been written are non-refundable. 

  • Refunds will be processed for clients who request a refund prior to submitting their intake forms. The client will be given a refund of the package price minus a $50.00 administration fee.

  • Consulting packages where a sleep plan has not yet been created yet must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Unused email and phone support are nonrefundable. 

  • If the client needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, they must notify their Sleep Consultant at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in 15 minutes being deducted from the support call to compensate for the Sleep Consultant’s time. Appointments may not be rescheduled more than twice. 

  • Consulting packages are non transferable. 

  • Consulting packages may be paused once per package for a maximum of 2 weeks for cases of illness, unexpected travel, natural disasters, etc. Should your request to extend last for more than 2 weeks, your package will automatically be terminated.
